Family Information
The family facility rooms include fridge, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Ask at Reception for more information. Unfortunately we don’t provide baby sitting or listening services. If you need a cot for your little one, please contact Reception - cot subject to availability. All guest rooms are non-smoking. Only guide dogs are permitted.
Charge it to your room
Swipe your credit card at Reception, and you can charge from any of the hotel outlets to your room, by presenting your registration charge card. Alternatively, our restaurants take all major debit and credit cards.
Dinner Reservations
If you've got young children, you may prefer to reserve a table between 5:30pm and 7.00pm, so you can eat staright after the days excitement. Please ask reception on arrival or book direct at the restaurant.
Wi-Fi Access
Available in both hotels (charge applies), just call Reception (Dial 0) to arrange.
Check In
Check in any time you like, but if your room is not ready when you arrive, you can leave your bags with Reception when you check in. They will then be taken to your room when it’s ready, so you can start enjoying your break straight away. You can also leave them at Reception after you check out. Check out is 10am.
Speedy Check Out
Express check out is really easy. Just swipe your credit card at Reception when you arrive, check your bill via the TV in your room on the day of departure and hand in your keys when you leave the hotel. A copy of your account will be posted to you.
Alton Towers Waterpark
A ‘must do’ for your stay is a visit to our fantastic tropical Waterpark. We highly recommend you to book tickets in advance along with your hotel booking to guarantee your water-filled adventure!
