How to book your fantastical Christmas party

Booking your Christmas party at the Alton Towers Resort is easy.

 

 

Please follow these steps to make your reservation.  If you have any questions please contact the Christmas events team.

1. Call our Christmas events team on 0870 780 4121 to check availability and make a provisional booking for your Christmas party at any of our four fantastical venues - you will be given a booking reference at this stage
2. Book your accommodation (unless requested, rooms will be allocated on arrival. Different rates apply to our themed suites)
3. Make a note of your unique booking reference number
4. Download the Christmas party booking form (see number 1 download below) and download the Christmas wine list pre-order (see number 2 download below) 
5. Fill in the forms and ensure your unique booking reference number is clearly marked on both forms.
6. Post both forms together with your deposit (cheque only payable to Alton Towers - one cheque per booking, individual payments will be returned) to the following address:

7. Once your deposit has been received a contract letter will be sent to confirm your booking (within 14 days)

Please note: Completing the booking form does not automatically confirm your Christmas party. All reservations must be made by telephone.  The Alton Towers Christmas sales office hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.  Enquiries received over the weekend will be answered on Monday.
