Meet Our Characters!

Squirrel Nutty lives in Storybook Land and is a VERY mischievous little squirrel. An energetic and speedy little thing, he spends his days ZOOMING around collecting the acorns that drop from trees. Old MacDonald thinks he’s a little pest though! Squirrel Nutty is always sneaking into his farmyard and causing havoc!

Squirrel Nutty loves to play games like ‘Hide and Seek’ and ‘Peek a Boo’ with all the children who visit. He even lives in a magical tree house right at the heart of Storybook Land!

If you see ‘Naughty Little Nutkins’ be sure to give him a big wave but be careful… he’s a VERY cheeky character!

AHOY! It be Fin the Shark… the most fearsome pirate to have swum the seven seas… or so he’d have you think!

Actually he is a bit of a codfish. He may act brave and daring but, much to Captain Black’s despair; Fin must be the only shark in the world to actually be scared of water. So much so that he has abandoned life in the open seas and instead opted to live as a landlubber in the scurvy docks of Mutiny Bay.

So if you see Fin the Shark, don’t be fooled by his stern appearance. He’s a big softie at heart and wouldn’t even hurt a fly… because he’s scared of them too! 

Sonic the Hedgehog spins into the Alton Towers Resort along with his new ride, Sonic Spinball. He has the ability to run at supersonic speeds and loves eating Chili Dogs.

Sonic is often out and about on the Theme Park, trying to collect rings on his quest to foil the evil Dr. Eggman and stop him taking over the World! Make sure that you say hello to Sonic when you see him - one thing he loves more than Chilli Dogs is meeting his fans! 

Meet and greet Sid from the loveable Ice Age films! Sid is one of everyone's favourite due to his clumsy habits. Look out for Sid around Alton Towers Resort!

Meet and greet Scrat the Saber-toothed Squirrel! Scrat is a saber-toothed squirrel who is obsessed with acorns, constantly putting his life in danger to obtain and defend them. Look out for Scrat around Alton Towers Resort!
