Feedback on your visit

Your feedback is really important to us, we have a dedicated Customer Service team here at the Resort, committed to ensuring we respond to guest comments, taking the necessary actions to continually make improvements in the experience we deliver to our guests. Our mission as a company is to deliver world class memorable experiences for our guests and as such we take complaints extremely seriously.

Please include the following in your email:

  • Email Subject – Please give your email a subject line that describes your feedback in a few words
  • Full Name
  • Address
  • Telephone Number
  • Full details of your feedback including date of visit, timings, description of the situation.
  • Proof of purchase from your visit - this can include your tickets, receipt or a copy of your bank statement.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

We always do our best to respond to you personally within 7 days of you contacting us through the online form. We’d ask for you to contact us within 4 weeks of your visit date and ask you to provide any proof of visit such as entry ticket or order number.
