Cash points are accessible all over the theme park. Some of them charge for you to make a withdrawal, but there is a zero charge machine on Towers Street, as soon as you enter the theme park.
There are seven baby changing facilities within the theme park, most of which are located in the toilets around the park. Baby supplies are available at the Towers Trading Store, which stock everything you need for your baby, including nappies, bottles, dummies and Calpol.

The Alton Towers Resort has a number of designated smoking areas which we ask smokers to use in order to provide a clean and safe environment for all our guests. This policy is entirely in line with our positioning as a family short break resort.
