Baby Change & Care
There are seven baby changing facilities within the theme park, most of which are located in the toilets around the park. Baby supplies are available at the Towers Trading Co., which stock everything you need for your baby, including nappies, bottles, dummies and Calpol.
Visit Towers Trading Co. if you wish to hire a pushchair for your little one. Single pushchairs cost £10 and double pushchairs cost £15.
At the Alton Towers Theme Park there is a First Aid Centre on site, just in case you have any little accidents. The First Aid Centre is located between the Towers St Bar & Grill and the Skyride station on Towers Street.
Handy public telephones are available within the Theme Park on Towers Street.
Car parking for guests visiting the Alton Towers Theme Park is £6 for all-day parking. To save time, why not try our Express Parking for quicker entry to the Theme Park. Guests staying in our accommodation can park on the accommodation car park free of charge.

The Alton Towers Resort has a number of designated smoking areas which we ask smokers to use in order to provide a clean and safe environment for all our guests. This policy is entirely in line with our positioning as a family short break resort. This applies to the whole Resort and includes e-cigarettes.
Cash points are accessible all over the Theme Park and throughout the resort. Some of them charge you for making a withdrawal, and there is a zero charge machine on Towers Street, as soon as you enter the Theme Park on the left hand side.
