We’re delighted to confirm that we are reopening the beautiful Alton Towers Gardens to local families each day from March 29th to April 11th. This is in line with the latest UK Government guidance.

The gardens will be open each day from 10am until 4pm, with limited capacity and a range of health and hygiene measures in place to protect you and our employees. A full range of these measures can be found here.

Entry to the Gardens is £12 for adults, £5 for children aged 3-11 (children under 3 are free). Entry to the Gardens if free for Merlin Annual Passholders and Alton Towers Season Passholders. Pre- booking in mandatory.

Sadly not. All of our rides, attractions and accommodation, will remain temporarily closed due to the latest Government guidelines. We plan to open the Theme Park and selected self-contained accommodation from April 12th.

We have implemented enhanced cleaning regimes in line with government guidance, which will be taking place throughout the day seeking to disinfect those points most touched, such as tables and chairs, service counters, door handles and taps. This cleaning regime has been successfully in place since reopening in the summer.

The Gardens will be open for local families to enjoy every day between 10am – 4pm. from March 29th to April 11th. Last entry will be at 2:00pm. Pre-booking is essential. Please visit www.altontowers.com/tickets-passes/alton-towers-gardens/,

Guests will be able to purchase take-away refreshments when visiting the Gardens and are also welcome to bring a picnic.  Please note we will only be accepting card payments.

No alcohol is permitted and kindly ask that all litter is disposed of in the bins provided.  Barbecues are not permitted.

All guests with Theme Park tickets between 20th March and 11th April 2021 (when the Theme Park is closed) will be able to move their booking to a new date. You will receive and email shortly with details on how you can re-book.

You will be required to purchase a separate Gardens Ticket for visits between March 29th and April 11th.

We would recommend wearing a mask if possible but this is not mandatory in outdoor settings. Please remember you will be required to wear a mask in, and when passing though, an indoor spaces such as toilets.

Unfortunately pets or animals of any nature are prohibited at Alton Towers Resort (except for guide dogs, hearing dogs and registered assistance dogs). No dogs should be left in any vehicle parked at the Resort.

Parking is available and included in the price of your ticket.
