We're ready to welcome our Passholders back
Our Passholder Pre-book tickets are now available. Please kindly be advised that these are an additional and separate allocation from our standard online tickets. Season & Merlin Passholders must pre-book their admission and present both the reservation and their valid Pass at the turnstiles Standard exclusion dates apply
Since March, our team have been working really hard to ensure the Resort can reopen safely and operates in line with the enhanced safety measures set out by the UK Government.
We are looking forward to welcoming you back to the Resort with the health and safety of our guests and staff being our number one priority. We have therefore introduced a number of additional hygiene and safety measures which you might see in place when you visit.
Anyone wishing to visit, including Alton Towers Season Passholders & Merlin Passholders will need to pre-book a ticket in advance.
Pre-booked Passholder tickets are available below. If you wish to visit on a Season Pass exclusion date you will be able to pre-book for £10.
