The Burger Kitchen Terms and Conditions: Burger Kitchen units are located in  Cloud Cuckoo Land, Mutiny Bay and Forbidden Valley and are subject to daily opening times which may vary throughout the year. This Ticket entitles the bearer to one of the following Meals for Adults – Hamburger Meal, Chicken Premium Meal, Spicy Bean Burger Meal or Fish Fillet Meal. Children meals include Kids Chicken Tenders Meal or Kids Hamburger Meal. All meals are served with Fries and a Soft Drink. Any other items must be purchased separately. ALTON TOWERS RETAIN THE RIGHT TO ALTER OR WITHDRAW ANY SERVICE DUE TO OPERATIONAL, TECHNICAL, WEATHER OR OTHER REASONS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION. EXCHANGE OR SALE OF THIS VOUCHER IS PROHIBITED.

** All Inclusive Package Terms and Conditions: tickets can only be purchased at the Adult admission price, as Silver Fastrack includes rides which have a minimum height requirement of 1.4m. Tickets & All Day Dining for children can be purchased separately. 

*** All Day Dining Terms and Conditions: The customer must show the wristband and dining card must be presented when ordering. Strictly one meal, one side order and one drink per transaction per wristband. Please ask a member of staff if you are unsure what is included in the offer. All Day Dining is valid at all restaurants featured on the Resort map 'food and drink' section excluding Ben & Jerry's and Eastern Express. Food and drinks must only be consumed by the dining card/wristband holder, sharing is prohibited and may result in confiscation and withdrawal of the service without compensation. The last transaction of the day must be carried out before the advertised ride close time. If you are unsure of the ride close time, please ask a member of staff. If the dining card and/or wristband are lost, it will not be replaced. No return within 30 minutes to the same outlet. Canned/bottled drinks (excluding bottled water), alcoholic drinks and Innocent products are not included. All carts/mobile selling units, vending machines, shops and retails kiosks are excluded from this offer. All Day Dining is valid at the Theme Park only. Food and drink must be consumed before leaving the Theme Park. The children's package must be off the children's menu where applicable. The children's package is for ages 0-11 years. This service can only be used when the participating Restaurants/Outlets are open. this service is strictly non-refundable. The All Day Dining cards/wristbands is only valid for the date of use selected. The Alton Towers Resort will not accept liability if you feel you have not made satisfactory use of the All Day Dining offer. No refunds or compensation is available.
