Renewals

Unfortunately at present you cannot renew your Alton Towers Theme Park or Waterpark Annual Pass online, this must be done in person at the attraction.

Buying online

Buying a pass online will produce a reference number which should be brought to the attraction to exchange for an Annual Pass. Now that the Theme Park is closed for the winter, if you'd like your new pass processing, please email us your details here: annual.pass@alton-towers.com. We will aim to respond to your email within 5 working days.
