Hotel Waiter / Waitress / Bar staff
This is a totally unique waiting position; you will be working across our five fantabulously themed hotels. You could be working breakfast shifts ensuring our guests are fed before their day in our theme park or serving dinner in the evening after a fun packed day.Find out more

Hotel Night Porter
As a night porter, you could be working in any of our hotels and accommodation, ensuring that all areas are spotless for our guests. You will check-in late arrivals, assist guests with their luggage and queries whilst also setting up function rooms for the following day.Find out more
In this role you will play a key part in the technical delivery of our award winning, world-class, year-round events programme. As a Lifeguard you'll be an important part of life here at Alton Towers Resort as you ensure that everyone can use the Waterpark safety and that they have access to everything they need to enjoy their visit.

To give a fantabulous interview, we recommend the following.

Frequently Asked Questions
Most of our roles benefit from fortnightly pay, but don’t worry, we will give you all the details after interview.
This will be discussed at interview; you will also be given your new manager’s contact details so you can have any questions answered. However, you could be working with us within 7 days.
Your manager will arrange an appointment and the uniform team will be in touch, you may even have your uniform appointment at interview.
The uniform department can be found on the first floor of Magic HQ.
Follow the signposts for the “Learning Academy” when you come through the resort entrance.
