Entertainments Event Host
About the role
In this role you'll bring a smile to people's faces. You'll work in our Entertainment venues and attractions providing great customer service to thousands of guests each day during our extremely popular events such as Oktoberfest and Scarefest whilst also ensuring health and safety procedures are followed. As part of this team you’ll be on hand to ensure our guests have a great experience by providing a helping hand around the Resort, giving directions, and solving issues.
The role of the Event Host is, first and foremost, a customer service role. Therefore, you will need to be friendly, approachable, and confident when dealing with a variety of guests. You need to be an excellent communicator and able to work long and late hours. Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable.
Contracts will run from Early September 2022 – November 2022 offering flexible hours, the role can either be full or part time and will include Bank Holidays and Weekends.
