Tips for Parents

Some top tips to help parents make the most out of their visits to CBeebies Land!

Tickets can be purchased on the day at the Ticket Sales and Collections office, located on the entrance plaza.

Alternatively you can purchase your ticket in advance online, for a reduced price. Book 5 or more days in advance for the best saving on tickets.

There are gated turnstiles designed especially for pushchairs at the entrance, so keep an eye out for the pushchair entrance, as directed. Under 3's are free!

Arrival & Parking

You have arrived at the Alton Towers Resort!

Simply follow the signage to the car parks and our helpful stewards are available to answer any questions you may have.

There are toilets and baby changing facilities available both at the monorail station and at the admissions plaza.

Cars are usually parked two to a bay, so be careful of your surroundings whilst entering and exiting the car park. Make sure that you keep an eye on the little ones, as we aim to get all of our guests safely and efficiently to and from the Resort.

Getting to CBeebies Land

You have the option of either walking or catching the monorail to the Theme Park entrance. The monorail station is located next to Extraordinary Golf, but if you would prefer to walk, all pathways are suitable for pushchairs. Walking times range from 10 - 25 minutes depending on which car park you are in.

As you enter the Theme Park through the turnstiles onto Towers Street, CBeebies Land is at the bottom of the street on the right hand side.

Top Tip - All of the monorail carriages are big enough to accommodate pushchairs, however, larger pushchairs may be asked to use the carriages at the far end of the monorail as they are slightly bigger.
