On arrival, make your way to the front lawns where you’ll find the Alton Towers Traffic Patrol leading the fun and inviting guests to spin the giant wheel, jam-packed with surprises! Double your chances to win by staying overnight in either the Alton Towers Hotel, Splash Landings Hotel, or CBeebies Land Hotel, where you’ll find colourful, themed spin-to-win wheels to surprise and delight our overnight guests. 

How to win… the wheel decides! Land on ‘dance battle’ and you’ll be challenging the Alton Towers Traffic Patrol to a freestyle dance-off, or how about landing on a question mark for a mind-bending surprise. Whether you make a splash and win free waterpark entry or cool down with free ice cream, we can’t wait for our guests to start spinning the wheel full of surprises and goodies!

We love seeing your Towers selfies all year round… so we thought why not make a competition out of it! Introducing our 7 brand new photo boards located on the front lawns, each board will be representing one of your favourite world-class rollercoasters. 

To make this competition extra special, we’re giving one lucky winner of the photo competition a free family short break prize win!

Get ready to clap, sing and dance along to our spectacular summer entertainment! Located on the front lawns, our entertainment stage and seated benched area is back and better than ever with three epic-themed shows being performed in rotation throughout the day. 

 

Check out our entertainment line-up: 

First up we have ‘Darwin and Eric’s Time Travel Adventure Show’! Join Eric, Darwin, and the crew as they dance and sing to navigate their way back to the present day! 

Next up is an all-singing, all-dancing show fit for royalty! ‘Darwin and Eric’s Historical Mix-Up’ follows the stowaways who are accidentally beamed aboard the ship, get ready for a seriously wild show! 

And finally, we have ‘Time Architects: The Birth of Soul’, this is the ultimate search for the best music in history, this show will bring you the original sound of the summer.

This summer we’ve got something for everyone! For the thrillseekers… feel the summer breeze as you ride your favourite coasters, whether that’s joining the Wicker Man ‘Chosen Ones’, or taking on the 14 loops of The Smiler. With over 40 world-class rides to enjoy, where better to spend your summer holidays?  

For toddler-tastic fun, get ready to climb, slide and bounce your way through our play and adventure land, meet Hey Duggee and collect your Big Adventure Badge in CBeebies Land, a– woof! Don’t forget to also check out Andy’s Adventure Dinosaur Dig to immerse yourself in prehistoric sights and sounds as you unearth your very own fossils, and of course, explore JoJo & Gran Gran at home.

With so much to do, why not complete your summer escape with a short break in one of three fantastically themed hotels, Stargazing Pods, or Enchanted Village.
