Terms and Conditions

• All entries must be submitted via the web page form. The prize draw is open to members of the public aged 18 years or over.
• It is not compulsory to complete the eggstraordinary egg hunt to enter competition.
• Competition runs from: Friday 8th March – Thursday 28th March 2024 ending at Midnight.
• Only 1 entry per person, if you enter more than once your first entry will be accepted and all others will be disqualified.
• Winners will be picked by a random independent prize selection software.
• Winners to be contacted by email between 28th March- 4th April 2024. Winners have 48 hours to redeem prize after which point prize will be forfeit and redrawn.
• Prizes are: 1 short break for family of 4 (one night accommodation in either Alton Towers Hotel, Splash Landings Hotel and Woodland Lodges, one day theme park entry, one day pass to the waterpark and 9 holes of extraordinary golf), VIP Platinum passes (1 winner gets 2 passes), Track Walk Experience with theme park tickets (1 winner for a group of up to 4 people) and theme park tickets with merchandise bundle (5 winners for up to a group of 4, one merchandise bundle per group, winner can choose from either a Nemesis or CBeebies Land bundle)
• Prizes redeemable from 21st March 2024 to 30th September 2024.
• The Alton Towers Resort reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities including closure of rides and/or attractions for technical, operational, health and safety or other reasons including overcapacity.
• Size, height, weight, age restrictions and medical warnings apply to certain rides and attractions.
• Visitors under 12 years must be accompanied by a person 18 years of age or over at the Alton Towers Resort.
• Prizes are non-transferable, not for resale and there is no cash alternative, photocopies will not be accepted.
