FEEDBACK ON YOUR VISIT

 

If you would like to leave us feedback about your visit, please fill out the online form and a member of our Customer Services team will review your feedback and be in touch. You can always review us on TripAdvisor too.

 

Specifying the date of your visit and providing evidence of your visit such as a booking confirmation number, receipt or tickets will help us to look into your feedback as quickly as possible, and should your query be relating to items purchased here, receipts for these will also be necessary for us to investigate further.

 

Being as comprehensive as you can in your initial communication will enable us to consider your feedback completely and provide a full response in the first instance, this includes providing full contact details and if you have a preferred method for us to contact you on.

 

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

We always do our best to respond to you personally within 7 days of you contacting us through the online form. We’d ask for you to contact us within 4 weeks of your visit date and ask you to provide any proof of visit such as entry ticket or order number.

Hotel line is open:

9am- 6pm Monday to Friday
9am - 3pm Saturday
