FEEDBACK ON YOUR VISIT

If you would like to leave us feedback about your visit, please fill out the online form below and a member of our Customer Services team will review your feedback and be in touch. You can always review us on TripAdvisor too.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

We always do our best to respond to you personally within 7 days of you contacting us through the online form. We’d ask for you to contact us within 4 weeks of your visit date and ask you to provide any proof of visit such as entry ticket or order number.
