Seabrook - 2 for 1 tickets

This Code for 2 for 1 entry Alton Towers Resort or Thorpe Park Resort ("Code") entitles the holder to 2 for 1 entry. 

If the holder of the Code redeems the Code, he/she agrees to be unconditionally bound by these terms and conditions: 

1. If the holder of the Code buys a fully priced on the day entrance ticket at the entrance to one of the following participating attractions: Alton Towers Resort and THORPE PARK Resort ("Attractions") then he/she may take with him/her one other guest who will enter the same Attraction on the same day free of charge.  
2. The Code can only be redeemed where the holder pays the full on the day ticket price (without any concessions or discounts) as stated on the web-site of your chosen Attraction at the time of purchase.  
3. The Code (where applicable) has no cash value and are automatically void if sold, offered for sale or if any attempt or offer is made to transfer the Voucher and/or Code for value.  
4. The Code is only available on selected Seabrook Crisps' packs. 
5. This Code is valid for visits to the Attractions from 1 March 2022 UNTIL 31 May 2024, subject to the exclusions and restrictions set out in these terms. 
6. Only one unique Code (where applicable) can be used per person and per transaction.  
7. The Code can only be used once. You cannot use the Code to gain free entry on two or more separate occasions.

To redeem the offer and book your full priced entrance ticket and your free ticket entitling one free entry online at www.seabrookcrisps.com, enter your unique Code printed inside of the 6 pack multipack film sleeve and in the best before area on the 70g sharing bags and follow the necessary instructions. Prepayment online of these tickets is required. 

Head straight to the Attraction on your booked date of visit, and scan your tickets (on your phone or on a print out) under the barcode reader to enter the Attraction.  

8. Merlin Entertainments may limit offer ticket allocations, subject to a minimum number allocated to every day each attraction is open. The minimum allocation of tickets during OFF PEAK, SUPER OFF PEAK, SUPER PEAK and PEAK dates (*see table B below for details of these dates) shall be as set out in table A below.  As these are minimum allocations, Merlin Entertainments may (at its sole discretion) from time to time make additional tickets available for particular attractions, so you may wish to check back later if your preferred attraction and date combination are not available when you first attempt to book.  

9. The following dates are excluded for Alton Towers Resort (all dates inclusive): 1-2 January, 11-26 February, 3-5 and 24-26 November, 1-3, 8-10, 15-23 and 28-30 December 2023 and for Thorpe Park Resort (all dates inclusive): 28-29 October 2023. 

10. Note the following dates (all inclusive) where Alton Towers Resort and Thorpe Park Resort is closed:  

Ticket numbers are restricted on certain dates (e.g. peak holiday dates), please book early to avoid disappointment.

11. 2024 allocations will be updated on these terms and conditions and available from 1 January 2024 once annual calendars are confirmed. The dates listed as OFF PEAK, SUPER OFF PEAK, PEAK and SUPER PEAK may be amended from time to time, in which case these terms and conditions will be updated accordingly.  

12. This offer is subject to the Attractions' annual operating calendars. Please check all opening dates and times before your visit on the Attraction's individual website. All dates are subject to change.  

13. The Code is not valid at Secondary Attractions and events including, but not limited to, the Castle Dungeon at Warwick Castle, A Winter's Tail at Chessingtons, LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort Christmas events (including Christmas Bricktacular), LATES at The Dungeons, The Blackpool Tower Ballroom and Jungle Jims in The Blackpool Tower. The Code can only be used for standard entrance tickets and cannot be used for priority entrance and/or Fastrack entrance at any Attractions (unless this is expressly stated as part of the Offer). The Code is not valid for any combination tickets including, but not limited to, The Tower Ticket or The Big Ticket at The Blackpool Tower Attractions. The Code does not entitle Early Ride Time. 

14. The Code is not valid for accommodation including but not limited to, the Alton Towers Hotels, Enchanted Village (Woodland Lodges, Tree Houses and Tree Top Quest), Waterpark, Spa or Golf attractions at the Alton Towers Resort, Chessington Resort Hotel, Chessington Azteca Hotel, Chessington Explorer Glamping, Tower Suites and Knight's Village at Warwick Castle, THORPE SHARK Hotel at THORPE PARK Resort or the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort Hotels - an additional cost applies. Please check each Attraction's website for additional costs.  

15. The Code remains the property of Merlin at all times and Merlin reserves the right to take possession of the Code at any time. The Code must be presented at the Attraction entrance.  

16. Adult is 12 and over at the Alton Towers Resort and THORPE PARK Resort.  

17. Entry is free for children under 3 years of age at THORPE PARK Resort and Alton Towers Resort.  

18. Visitors under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or over at THORPE PARK Resort. Visitors 12 years and under must be accompanied by a person 18 years of age or over at Alton Towers Resort.  

19. The Code can only be used as stipulated. The Code is non-transferable/not for resale. Any purported transfer or sale of the Code will render it void. The Code is only valid in the United Kingdom. Photocopies will not be accepted. Admission prices are subject to change. The Code cannot be used in-conjunction with any other offer or promotion or concession (e.g. senior citizens, family tickets), reward/loyalty program, pre-purchased tickets, Combination tickets, 2 Day Pass, Annual Pass, Q-bot or Fastrack tickets, rail inclusive offers, on secondary ticketed events, hotel events or concerts or for Group, nor with any existing reservation made or ticket booked online, via an App or by phone.  

20. All of the Attractions reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities including closure of rides and/or attractions and removal of figures for technical, operational, health and safety or other reasons where physical access or operation is not safe, practical or physically possible including over capacity. 

21. Features and/or creatures shown on the Code are not necessarily available at every Attraction. 

22. Please note that some Attractions operate a chargeable car parking policy including, but not limited to, THORPE PARK Resort and Alton Towers Resort; Codes do not affect the price of car parking. 

23. Size, height, weight, age restrictions and medical warnings apply to certain rides and/or attractions. 

24. All Attraction information is subject to change; please check the attraction websites(s) below before your visit for the latest information.

26. Entry into any participating Merlin attraction will be subject to the individual Attraction's terms and conditions of entry, which can be found on the websites listed in paragraph 23 above. 

27. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of Seabrook Crisps Limited, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, Calbee Group UK Limited reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or the Code terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. 

28. If you redeem the offer, your personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Statement set out at www.seabrookcrisps.com. Such notice sets out how [Merlin] will process any personal data you provide in order to redeem the offer, including by entering a Code on the redemption website referred to in paragraph 11(b) or any other website operated by the Promoter. You acknowledge that (a) the processing is necessary for us to take steps with a view to entering into a contract with you to enable you to redeem the offer, and (b) [Merlin] shall only use your personal data in accordance with the terms of the fair processing notice.  

29. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect. 

30. These terms and conditions are governed by relevant UK law and you and we agree to only bring legal actions about these terms and conditions in a UK court. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently.  If you are not happy with the way we deal with any disagreement you and we may agree to refer the matter to arbitration but you and we are not restricted from bringing court proceedings.
