Terms & Conditions
1. Refunds are not available in any circumstances; this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be replaced if lost
2. Track Walks may not be suitable for all due to the following physical restrictions;
2.1 For the Oblivion Track Walk participants must be fully secured into a full-body harness. This may not be possible for some guests with a waist measurement in excess of 118cm or thigh measurement approaching 65cm. Guests must be at least 1.4m tall.
2.2 For the Wicker Man Track Walk participants must be 1.2m tall.
2.3 Guests must wear appropriate footwear; we cannot allow heeled shoes or sandals.
2.4 Guests must be able to walk unaided, including up and down steep stairs.
2.5 Guests found to be intoxicated will not be allowed to participate in a Track Walk.
2.6 Guests must be aged 12+. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18+.
3. We reserve the right to postpone or reschedule Track Walks for any reason, including but not limited to poor weather conditions.
4. A track walk ticket is a separate experience and will not give access to an other attraction at the Alton Towers Resort.
Photography is permitted on a smart phone unless stated otherwise at specific areas of the climb. Phone holders are provided and must be used at all times. Cameras and go-pros are not permitted. Videos can be taken once stationary at the top of the coasters however, to ensure maximum safety, videos cannot be taking whilst ascending and descending the coaster.
